I have the Charge 2. Had it working on an iphone 6s perfectly. Purchased a new Galaxy A8 and paired it with my Charge 2. Now the heart rate doesn't show up on the moblile app. Have tried rebooting the Charge 2. Deleted app and reinstalled. Still no luck at getting the heart rate to show. Any ideas what else I can try.

@Sandbox64 Hi and Welcome - looks like you have tried the main ones - now this may sound basic but have you set up all day sync and always connected within the app settings,
From the dashboard click on the device picture and then again on the next page - you should now be on the page which gives you the firmware version etc under that is sync now and all day sync (toggle on) then scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see always connected - toggle on again then scroll to the top and select sync now
it may take a few minutes to start reading the HR
does all other data show correctly? if not maybe turn off Bluetooth restart phone then restart Bluetooth again
Hope this helps a little
Kind Regards

@Sandbox64 Hi - I have attached a photo below of the page you should be looking at - I was looking at old instructions on the new dashboard you only need to click the picture of your device in the dashboard to get to this page - If you have done all else and just after the sync go back to the dashboard and drag down from top to bottom you should see it start to sync from there
if this helps
Kind Regards

@Sandbox64 Hi again - I have also noticed that you mentioned a Galaxy A8 upon further investigation I have noticed that this device is not currently compatible with Fitbit trackers and may be another reason as to why you have some hitches
check compatible devices in the following link
Further Details can be seen here
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-2/Charge-2-not-connecting-to-Samsung-Galaxy-A8/td-p/2686040
I will bring this to a moderators attention as they may have newer information or know of a way to get this sorted for you
the only other way that may work is to log into the site via the internet (Fitbit.com) and go to device settings and change from there
@LanuzaFitbit could you check up on this for me as I may have out of date information
Kind Regards

@Sandbox64 do you mean the tile isn't there ?? if so click and hold any tile on the dash board and you should get all tiles with either a + or a - in a circle in the top left corner find the heart tile and click to change the symbol
minus sign is already selected + sign is add to dashboard
this may be another thing that all tiles did not open
Kind Regards
