Heart Rate has NEVER UPDATED PROPERLY!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The Heart Rate takes at least 3 hours from 12:00 AM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) to 03:00 AM EDT to update the information.  I understand that Google is on PDT (Pacific Daylight Time), but I shouldn't have to wait 3+ hours to see my heart rate trend.

Also, please change the average to 1 minute.  Having the 5 minute average does nothing for me.  I think you can handle 1440 pieces of data.  Also your trends are off.  The timestamps do not line up when switching to different trends.  Why isn't there a page where I can create custom views instead of you showing me 1 day, 1 week, 30 days, 90 days.  Making it customizable would make a lot of LONGTIME FITBIT USERS happy!!!  Wouldn't that be a good feeling instead of getting complaints all of the time?

Hi, @jjguice welcome, can you please provide more information as to where you are seeing this tardy HR recording - my HR refreshed every few minutes, and this morning's graph -

The gap was while I was swimming.

If you are experiencing delays in syncing you may find this article useful Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center . Remember you can always force a sync by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen & releasing it.

If you would like to put forward a suggestion you can do so via  Fitbit Community

I hope this helps.

Cheers
