Anyone know why the heart rate graph on the fitbit app does not show the same heart rate levels that are displayed on my Versa watch?

Hi @ChevyA  -  it depends on the frequency of update. While your heart rate on the watch is current, the graph displays at intervals and only after it is synced.

Thanks for the feedback.  The problem is that my watch has displayed heart rates up to 150 and down to 48,  but when that entire day shows on the app (graph), it doesn't show readings anywhere near those levels.  I have the most recent update and have contacted customer service without positive results, so I am not sure what else to do.

@ChevyA  - the intervals in the graph may not catch all the peaks or troughs. It could be normal what is shown as there must be some averaging in the graph.
