When i click on the heart rate on the dashboard to get to the log, it only shows me a message "No measurement". The heart rate is visible on the dashboard it self and the log shows up on the webpage.
My phone is a Huawei P9 running Android 7.0. And the device is a Alta HR.
I have tried unpairing and pairing the device.
I have tried setting on "All-Day sync".
I have tried enabling all notifications.
I have tried logging of and on.
I have tried to switch on "Allways connected"
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
I have tried clearing cache.
I have tried turning my phone on and off.
I have tried screaming to my phone.
The device is paired, the device is synced, and the BT is on.

Just got my wife's fitbit charge he to work.
Had the same problem on her galaxy S7 edge so try this:
- Go to settings
- Go to apps
- Go to fitbit
- Go to set as default
- Go to go to supported URL's
Select: via this app
This will let the fitbit app connect to the fitbit server with your graphs and be able to download them to your phone.
Hope this helps you out!

Hello @Kcom5266, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Keep in mind the Huawei P9 is not listed as as a compatible device, so we cannot guarantee the behavior of the phone in relation to the app and tracker's functionality.
However I've seen this behavior in my app too and is just matter to wait a few seconds while is loading your heart rate data. Keep in mind your information is not stored locally in your phone but in our servers.
If is not loading after you wait, please give it a try to the following steps:
Please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

Tried the solution described three different times still no resolution to a problem. Fitbit Charge 2 is now just a very expensive paperweight.

This worked for me, just keep in mind you must wait for the heart rate measurement to get data logged before it will show measurements in the dashboard. Give is 30-60 minutes and you should see something.

I am having the same issue with my fitbit ionic and Samsung Galaxy S8+. Tracking my heartrate is the main reason I purchased the watch. I have tried all of the suggestions in this string. Any others?

Having the same issue, the steps you mentioned did not work for me, nor did the other steps to set as default in the applications screen. I have the Fitbit inspire HR paired with my Galaxy s10.

Recently dug up my old Charge HR, took it for an hour workout and a half hour run today.
I've tried to synchronize both from my phone and tablet - both recent devices with Android 10 and good specs.
Inboth cases, the app synchronizes with the device, and displays my heart rate while connected, so compatibility between the device and phone/tablet is not the issue - which is why I'm rather dissatisfied with this answer.
I've tried everything suggested in this thread, on both devices - still nothing on the heart rate screen.
I can log in on the website and see my activities, including heart rate, so the data is there.
As a software developer (with 20-something years of experience) I'd have to say, the issue is either with your app, or the services it connects to.
Blaming this on compatibility makes no sense - the device clearly is capable of exchanging data with the app, and clearly connects to some of your services and delivers the recorded data, so it is compatible in any meaningful sense of the word.
Either your app or your services simply aren't working correctly, and someone needs to go fix that.
Tell me I'm wrong. 🤷:male_sign:

I've got the same problem with Heart rate - daily sleep data is uploaded but HR data stopped 7 days ago. Itt gives a line for the week data but not each individual day. Funny that it works with an iphone SE which is 4yrs old. SOmething seems to have happened in the middle of 20 Sept when it stopped registering my HR and nothing since.
