Hi

I just got my Alta HR after 1 week waiting for delivery!!

Now, I set things up and everything has been very frustrating ever since I opened the box. 

-difficulties syncing at first, fail to update new firmware numerous times, because of screen went to sleep.

-now, my heart rate doesn't show on the APP at all. keep saying no measurement!?? while it shows on the device just fine

 

I tried as what this topic said and everything i could find on help and support on fitbit but nothing working!! I need to track my heart rate as this is the only reason i got it!!!

 

looking forward for reply and help QUICK as i'm getting more and more upset by minute!!!!!!

the syncing icon is working just fine, has no problem on the app, by the way!
