I just an update to my Versa. Now all my clock faces only have two digits for the heart rate. If it's over 100, it shows up as 10, 11, etc. Way to fix this? I tried on multiple faces and they all do the same thing.

Hi @dchesskate, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that the heart rate information is not being displayed correctly after the firmware update. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which clock face are you using? Also, does this occur with any clock face? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. You can refer to this help article to do so: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for your update @dchesskate.
Seems odd that this is occurring with all the clock-faces available for your Versa. Can you please setup a Fitbit clock-face and then send me a picture of the heart rate inconvenience? You can refer to this post to attach an image into your post.
Looking forward to your reply.

I found one that is working for me. The only one now that doesn't is called Hue.

Hi @dchesskate, thanks for your reply.
As it turns out, the Hue clock-face is not an official Fitbit clock-face, therefore, I suggest you to contact the developer to receive further assistance. Don't hesitate to contact me back if you experience the same with a Fitbit clock-face so we can move forward with this. I'm happy to know that your problem was resolved.
See you around!
