Hi @Kayla88, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and if the heart rate information isn't shown on your account after syncing or not being tracked with your Versa 2? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.

Regarding music control, can you please check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I control music with my Fitbit device? and  Why can't I control music with my Fitbit device?

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I have Versa 2 and spent countless hours researching and following recommendations to resolve lots of issues.  My heart rate, sleep,  excercise are not being tracked nor registered or nothing syncing to the app.  Only watch and steps work.  This is beyond frustrating and I was looking to purchase versa line of products for my kids but now have decided to look for other products.  I have lost my patience and ready to replace my versa 2. These basic sensor and tracking capabilities should work without the need to reset, reinstall, or have better troubleshooting mechanism to diagnose and fix the problem. I suppose my luck has run out and thought fitibit was competitive with other smartwatch products.
