I have a Charge HR and added a Charge 2 to my devices. I can see the historical heart rate data from the Charge HR in the expanded graph but i cannot see the detail historical data in the list below the summary graph. How can I retrieve this data?
Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Trinifires. It's great to have you here. I would appreciate if you provide me with a screen shot of the section not showing detailed historical data of your heart rate. Additionally, please let me know if you have tried to see this data both in the online Dashboard and the Fitbit app.

I moved this thread to the Android app board because it's more related to the topic. Looking forward to your new comments. Smiley Very Happy

Hi Edson,

So I had a Charge HR and the band was defective and I stopped using it around the beginning of July. I recently added a Charge 2 to my list of devices. When I open the Heart Rate from the Dashboard I don't get all historical data in the list. I am only seeing the HR data from the newly added Charge 2. I can see the basic heart rate values in the summary chart also If i open a daily value with the details and I expand the graph and scroll to down I can see the old values from the Charge HR.

Screenshots:
The Data list 01, 02 shows the list of recent reading from new Charge 2 device and not the older data. this is the issue area.
Daily details is what I cannot access for the old data as that data isn't on the list.
The old data however shows up in the Daily Graph and the HR Summary.

What I would like to see is the old data from December 2015 to July 2016 in the list and the detail data that is shown when one of these values are selected.

I can see the list for all the other areas such as steps, floors, etc.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks for the screen shots @Trinifires. I just went back to December of last year, on the Android app in my account, and it shows detailed heart rate data for every day. Your data should be there. I would recommend downloading the latest version of the Fitbit app. Additionally, you can log out from the app, reboot your phone and log back in.

It could be a good idea checking out if your heart rate data from December 2015 to July 2016 shows up in the online Dashboard.

Whether none of the above helps, please be so kind to contact Customer Support. They might be able to take a closer look at your case and provide further assistance as soon as possible.

Catch you later. Cat Happy
