I would appreciate if you provide me with a screen shot of the section not showing detailed historical data of your heart rate. Additionally, please let me know if you have tried to see this data both in the online Dashboard and the Fitbit app.

Thanks for the screen shots @Trinifires. I just went back to December of last year, on the Android app in my account, and it shows detailed heart rate data for every day. Your data should be there. I would recommend downloading the latest version of the Fitbit app. Additionally, you can log out from the app, reboot your phone and log back in.
It could be a good idea checking out if your heart rate data from December 2015 to July 2016 shows up in the online Dashboard.
Whether none of the above helps, please be so kind to contact Customer Support. They might be able to take a closer look at your case and provide further assistance as soon as possible.
