Hello!
I have tried everything - uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache etc. However the HR is still saying "no measurements"
I have already owned a Fitbit previously (Alta HR) and have previous data. Where my graphics go 😞
Help! Thanl you!

Hi @FitWit1. Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Thanks for letting me know that your heart rate data isn't appearing on the Fitbit app. You did a great job with the troubleshooting steps and let me help you with this. To investigate, may I know when this started to happen? Are you able to see your heart rate reading on your Charge 3? Also, is the same happening when you check your data on your fitbit.com dashboard?
I'd recommend to verify if the "All-day sync" and "Always Connected" are enabled in the Fitbit app as these options will ensure the connectivity between your tracker and the Fitbit app. Please note that if your Alta HR wasn't able to sync before the Fitbit app won't be able to show that information
Keep me posted.

This happened to me too when I got a new Fitbit, but it just took about a day for the data to show back up again. There weren't any specific actions that brought it back up, I think since it has to come from their servers it is delayed. Has yours come back yet?

Hi @SydneyB006. It's great to see you here and I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know that you've had the same issue and I'm glad that it got fixed by itself. It's an unusual and if you notice the same behavior, don't hesitate to let me know so I can further investigate. Also, let me suggest to keep the Fitbit app up-to-date in your phone as this ensures its performance on your phone.
I'll be around if you need anything else.
