Earlier the HR zone graph used to show the different colors (representing different zone). Off late, after workout the HR zone graph is always showing in yellow color (fat burn) no matter my HR has crossed the peak HR

Hello everyone! Thanks for the details. @Zea85 Thanks for the workaround.
I will report this and let you know once I have more news about this. In the meantime please use this as a workaround in order for the colors to show on the graph. Thanks again.

I think I have found a way to force the app to show colours other than just yellow. After I've done a workout, my chart is only yellow. But... if I then go and look at the resting heart rate, then go back to the workout, the colours appear.
Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community. You are describing an app display issue. App display issues tend to be Android or iOS problems, but not both. Do you use Android or iOS? Can you post a screenshot?

Hello LZeeW, I am using Andriod version 11. Please see the attached screenshot. One of them displays fine (old screenshot) the other one is faulty (recent screenshot)
Under Settings -> Hear Rate Zones -> Custom Max Heart Rate , I have set value as 178 bpm. I have not enabled Custom Heart Zone under custom zone
I'm moving your post to the Android app forum. It will help bring attention to this issue.

Best Answer@SunsetRunner if I'm correct, this issue has been introduced when Fitbit changed some layouts and brought new charts. It's not new and it's been there for some time. Be patient. Year or two and Fitbit (maybe) will address it 😉

@LZeeW Thanks for your help!
@t.parker Thanks for your input. Would you be so kind to direct me to where this was reported first? I would greatly appreciate it.
@SunsetRunner Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the screenshot. When did you first notice this? I went to check my trainings and confirmed that starting Decemeber the graph representation changed. Let us see if there are any other users experiencing the same situation.
I will update my Fitbit app and let you know if there are any changes. Recently a new version was launched. I have not received it yet, but it is supposed to be released in waves until it reaches every customer. Please check if you have an update available.
Best Answer@RodrigoMFitbit to you are right I observed this change in first week of December 2022
Cheers!
Best Answer@SunsetRunner in 3.72 this has been fixed for me:
Not sure whether anything else needs to be done (clearing cache?). Make sure the version number is the latest (or at least the one I see if it isn't latest):

@JJBWLG Welcome to the forums. @SunsetRunner Thanks for the reply. @t.parker Appreciate the feedback, I am glad to read it is solved for you.
I can also confirm, the last update corrected this for me as well, even the trainings that were shown without the colors are now being displayed correctly.
@SunsetRunner Given that you have updated the Fitbit app already, please try logging out of the Fitbit app and logging back in. That way everything will be loaded onto the app again. You can also try and delete the cache memory of the app and log back into your account.
@JJBWLG Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Recently a new update was pushed and it seems this has resolved this situation.
@RodrigoMFitbit I tried the following...
Logged out of app, cleared cache, restarted my phone and logged back to app. Yet the issue exists. The heart zone on map works fine. The graph still has issues
@SunsetRunner you are right. Issue is still there.
@RodrigoMFitbit I retract my previous statement. Here's what looks like now exactly the same activity I posted previously:
SIlly me, thinking Fitbit would actually fix something 🤣
@t.parker , @RodrigoMFitbit , @JJBWLG , @LZeeW
Looks like the issue is solved !!! I didn't do anything from my end. Hope the issue is fixed once and for all
@SunsetRunner this seems to be totally random. One day it's fixed, yet another it's not (like the example I posted). Today, I saw some of my activities showing colours while others didn't. I don't think anything is fixed.
Yeah I have the same issue. No heart rate colors on my newer charts (from January). Charts from December all have zone colors.
EDIT 1: If I go to the web version of the Fitbit (not the app) and I check the same latest workouts in January, I can see heart rate colors on the charts. So the Fitbit Android app must have some bugs/issues with showing the colors.
EDIT 2: Uninstall and install of the app did not solve the issue. ;(
I noticed this started for me in January. I just looked back and all my activity through the end of December showed the correct colors for the heart rate. I'm on an Android that's updated, and so is my Fitbit app.
Best AnswerMe too. I am using the Android app and it is up-to-date according to the Google Play store. Last time it worked was last Wednesday, now the graph on this screen is all the same color. I am still so annoyed with the weight graphs, and now this. Fitbit please stop messing up things that were working!
The screen in question is when you click into an exercise, and then click the "HEART RATE" tab at the top.
