Heart rate history not accessible

I already posted previously that the app shuts down whenever I try to open the heart rate information and that thread was closed without resolution. Since I get high heart rate notifications and the information can't be accessed from the app, I tried to use the website and the heart rate log is apparently an excluded feature too on the website. What is the point of monitoring the heart rate if the alerts and history cannot be accessed to show a medical professional? I really regret getting this device.

I'm sorry to read you are having this type of issues when trying to open the HR tile. 

I'd like to mention that we just released a new version of the Fitbit app that includes some bug fixes and performance improvements. It's possible that the issue you're experiencing has been resolved in this update.
