Heart rate isn't showing in the Fitbit app

On the old interface I could view all my heart rate reading …but all I can see is my resting heart rate in graph form with no additional reading, I brought Alta HR as this is the reason to log this. I am not so interested in my step or any other information, this has become even more important as now the app on my phone was updated and I lost all my data, if I connect it online it only goes back to 14 July 2019 as before I had it all logged since 2017.I hope you can rectify these matters, This personal data that I wanted to keep.

Hi @lozzie2, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for sharing detailed information of the issues experienced with the Fitbit app.

This sounds strange and so I can take a look, please provide me with a screenshot of the details displayed on the Fitbit app and fitbit.com dashboard. For instructions to attach a picture, check this post. Also, let me know the Android version of your phone.
