Heart rate monitor stopped working with latest update 4/24/22

Since the newest update 4/22, the heart rate is no longer available.  Please help. I think I have tried everything.

Hi, @Jstewart90 , which Fitbit do you have?  It is possible that the heart rate is set to OFF on your Fitbit.  You can check this on the Fitbit itself, in the settings menu (if you need more help with this you will need to let us know which Fitbit you have).

High @Jstewart90 , you posted in the Android app section. In addition to @Julia_G's comment, are you seeing the HR on your Fitbit tracker, or not? What kind of Fitbit device do you have? If the issue is the app, is the HR tile there, and there is no data? Details can help folks to provide a more detailed, and useful, response 😊

I have the versa 2. I have turned it off and on several times from setting on my watch, but that did not help
