Heart rate not showing when manually logged

Hi,

My fitbit isn't auto recognising activities like it used to on the fitbut alta hr (I have an inspire now).

So I'm manually logging but the app doesn't show you heartraye anymore during the exercise! I can see other users have had the same issue and the forum is closed with no answer from fitbit?

This is a fitness tracker and so ridiculous. Regretting my choice buying the inspire

Anyone help?

Hi, @Anita_V, welcome, if you have the Inspire 3 swipe down from the clock screen & check that you have "Worn on wrist" set. Swipe down to settings then up to check HR slider is in the on position.

Let us know how you get on by posting here again.

Cheers

Hi. Thanks for replying. That is on.

It's this on the app. It used you display your heart rate too during exercise

Hi, @Anita_V, that's interesting, I get an average HR (except when I'm swimming). If you look on the Today screen on the Fitbit app on your phone touch the "Heart" tile>today - do you see an HR graph? Do you have the water lock on?

Let us know how you get on by posting here again.

Cheers

Hi, yes the heart graph is there.

For my walks I get this but it's auto recognised

It's the app. I logged onto the fitbit online and the same manually logged activity on the online fitbit dash shows it?
