Welcome to the Forums @Edfletch.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going with the HR and get it working.

 

The first thing I'd like to do is to ask you some questions:

  • Are you referring to HR on the Fitbit device or on the app? 
  • If on the Fitbit, which one is it?

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article, in case it is on the Fitbit itself that you're not getting the HR.

It's on both the versa watch and the fitbit app I've uninstall it and re done it and it's still not working this way h has been not working properly since I've got it in Nov
