Heart rate "No measurements" on the app but is visible Fitbit.com Dashboard

Hi, I just purchased an Inspire 3, primarily for tracking heart rate. However, the chart on the Android app only shows "No Measurements," despite the data being visible on the website. The current heart rate is also displayed in the app, just no historical charts. This is on a Pixel 3 phone running Android 12.

I have already done several cycles of logging out, clearing the cache, unpairing the device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting the Inspire 3. I have also verified the app has permissions to allow device management, location access, and opening supported links.

Please see the screenshots below.

Hi, thanks for your response. Are there any other steps to try? Will I be
notified when this bugfix is deployed in a future version of the android
app?

Thanks!
