So I got my Fitbit for Christmas, and for the first 2 weeks it was great. It kept really good stats, and my heart rate was on point. For the past few weeks though, it's been really intermittently working. Most times it's like it gets stuck at like 122 and won't go any higher, even though my heart rate is really at 160 or so, which I've checked with my Samsung Health. I've tried syncing it, I've tried turning off the heart rate and resetting my Fitbit and turning heart rate back on, I've tried force stopping and restarting the app, and nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Thanks for your post and troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. First, let me share with you that we do not recommend our users to compare the data that's tracked with Fitbits and other tracking devices because they may use different algorithms to track data.
Also, as with all heart-rate tracking technology, accuracy is affected by personal physiology, device location on your arm, and type of movement. For a more accurate heart-rate reading:
