The first two don't appear to be on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so you may not be able to get these to work. The Tab 3 though is there so I would focus on this one.
Is this the initial connection you are trying as part of the setup or is it a zip that previously worked but now has stopped?

At what point are you getting stuck?
If it's a previously working zip that no longer connects then the first thing to try is a restart using this procedure:
