Hi. I bought my Fitbit and it arrived yesterday. I got it set up and everything (Hauwai P30 Pro) and was working fine, syncing as it should etc, no problems at all. Then this morning I noticed it had stopped tracking my sleep 2 hours before I actually awoke. I then noticed it was no longer recording my HR. I went on this forum and followed advice to restart it which worked for the HR issue. Now however the steps are not working. It has been stuck on 152 steps since 00:30AM this morning. I've again reset it, deleted app and redownloaded and even added it as a new device. Nothing works. I'm obviously very unhappy as its not even been used for 18 hours solid yet! Help Please! Xx
