Hi all. I have just had a new phone come today and for some reason my blaze won't connect to it at all. I had no issues with my old phone (galaxy s5) Its just not connecting at all with my new phone (hawaii p10) any help would be appreciated.

This could be a problem. Your S5 is on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices but the P10 isn't.
Sometimes a phone that's not on list does work so hopefully another P10 owner will be able to confirm but there's not really a lot that can be done if it's not compatible.
Do you have access to a computer that you could use to sync rather than using your phone?
