Hi @Kaikai13. Welcome to the Community.
It's great to see you with a Versa 2 and let me help you with your inquiry. Just to clarify, if you'd like to use the Alexa function, I'd recommend to follow the steps described in this help article. Now, if Alexa was already set up but you'd like to disable, you'll need to log out from the Fitbit app and log back in, so this process can be done automatically.

@Fit2BSquare Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I'll be happy to provide you with the instructions on how to disable Alexa on your Fitbit Versa 2, to do so:
- Go to your Fitbit app > Tap on Versa 2
- Select Alexa
- Log out from it and it should disable it from your watch
As a side note, if you log out from your Fitbit app it should disable it too.

HI. I suspect Alexa is the cause of my battery drain I disabled it (signed out), on my phone. But it still responds on the versa 2. Any suggestions? Thank you.
