Hi
I love my fitbit but it now wont sync. It's been like this for the last few days. I tried to reset it. That didn't work I deleted the app on phone and computer and re downloaded it, still didn't work it now won't even let me set up my fitbit. I even read up about turning location and resetting bluetooth on phone. Still nothing.
I have a fitbit flex and trying to sync on my Samsung galaxy s4
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Catherinemac! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you out, I recommend you following these instructions:
- Close the Fitbit app and open it again. A sync should occur whenever the app is opened.
- Turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
- Restart your tracker. For more information, see How do I restart my tracker?
- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
- If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer.
- Try turning on all-day sync so that your tracker will periodically try to sync with the Fitbit app. Note that some customers find that this feature causes the battery on their mobile device or their tracker to drain more quickly than normal.
Hope it helps :D. Let me know how it goes!
