I! My husband and I looove our fit bits however the last few weeks I can't get mine to charge and his is actually peeling apart?? We haven't had them more than a few months... it's frustrating. Is there something we can do to get his replaced and mine able to charge?

Your husband should grab his receipt from an authorized Fitbit retailer and contact customer support at this link - click

 

There is a phone number (for the USA), online chat (when available) and web based email for those out of the area.

 

What's happening when you try to charge your device? Which Fitbit do you have?
