I apologize for possibly not understanding your issue properly but I think that your saying the Fitbit App is not loading and kicks you out. If I’m understanding completely I think what I would try is to log out of the Fitbit App, then force shut the App by swiping it upward. Then shut down your phone, wait 1-2 mins, restart your phone back up and log back into the FitbitApp and see if that helps.
