Hi, I am posting this, because I found it hard to find. To set your Versa 3 to all metric:

  • Open the Fitbit App on your phone
  • From the Today tab, tap the your account button in top left
  • scroll down to "App Settings"
  • Scroll down to Units - tap units
  • Change every one of these to metric - or if you are a Canadian (like me) use whatever wierd mixture appeals to you.
