You only have my last 2 years of weight data. What happened to the other ten years. I switched to a pixel 3 watch and switched back and now my data is gone. Seriously???? First you try to hide it with your 'new and improved UI' and now it's just gone. That is super UNCOOL. I want my data back!!!

Hi @mgreff88. I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for this issue. I can't help you. The iOS version doesn't have this issue.

Hello @mgreff88
Have you had a chance to uninstall, then re-install the Fitbit app? This process has worked for many users to restore their historical data in their Fitbit app.
Please let us know if this restored your historical data.

I've tried this sign out / reinstall / sign in solution twice now, no change. I have been tracking Fitbit data since 2012 and I can only see two days of weight data from July 2024. Other data like sleep is still visible in the app.
There's no where else I can see the data because the website redirects to the app.

I'm the same, I have weight data going back to 2014 - now I can't see any further back than 2024. What happened?! I've tried clearing cache

My weight data is gone, too. It seems Google is sunsetting the Fitbit app as there are other issues, too. If this continues, my Pixel Watch will be my last watch by Google.

I had this same problem (got a new Pixel phone, downloaded fitbit app, only had 1 year of data).
I tried a workaround that worked for me, so sharing here: I manually added a weight entry and selected the date as 3 years ago to see if that would force it to retrieve more data from that time period. The next time I opened the app, all my historical data was there going back 10 years. Worth a try!

I'm having the same issue, except when following directions below I only have my latest entered date and lost the last 2 years even. 😒 I had input since 2013.

So many users are complaining about it. But no reaction by Google at all.
I guess they will milk Fitbit for a while coming and then sunset it sooner or later.
