Hello @Ta2man.
This might have happened because the Mate 10 Pro is not on the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone and thus issues like this are to be expected.
As long as the phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a chance that they will work correctly however we cannot guarantee it. Having said that, some users have mentioned that following these steps has helped them get their phones not on the list to sync and work correctly. Maybe you could give it a try.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thats is Exactly my point I keep making - I know your just the moderater but thats all you ever get when someone has issue with the app and notification and syncing - All you ever say is and i quote "

When you Have tried it on Oneplue 5 - Honor 10 - Honor View 10 - Google Pixel - Samsung S8 - Moto g6 Plus - Next Bit Rogin - And the App And Device Only Work on Samsung Phones there is seriously something wrong with the development of the app - You cant tell me that the phones on your list are the only ones this device supports when there are hundreds if not thousands out there and it only works with a handful of devices - why would a company make a app and a device only work with a few devices when they can make more money by making the device compatible with all device - there are way cheaper devices on the market that has no issue what so ever with connecting and notification with all the devices i have listed above YET the Fitbit Versa Is the only Device that i have issue with - I have Ticwatch e - Ticwatch S - Gears s3 Frontier - Huwawei Watch 2 - Honor Band 3 - LG Watch Style All of these devices connect seemless to all these phones and not one of them loose connection or have any f the issue that i have with the fitbit versa , And to think they aquired Pebble and even the pebble watch , pebble watch round - and pebble watch 2 connects flawless to every device and this is the only device i have issue with dont tell me its my phone its the it connects to the device through the app thats the issue nothing other than that transmission out - Extremely disappointing and Bad experience - Love the Hardware - Software is Rubbish .

Hey @Ta2man.
Believe me that I understand where you are coming from and I can see how this can be very frustrating. I'll be sure to pass this on to the team but please know that they are definitely aware of the multiple requests to expand the list and include those devices, newer devices.
You could also visit our Feature Suggestions board on the Phone Compatibility Label and support the ideas in there.
As soon as we have any news regarding the expansion of the list, I'll be sure to post about it in here.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, your frustration and making your point.
If there are any questions I can help out with please let me know.

Do you have a road map for when new devices will be added? This would build confidence in consumers in knowing that the product will, or if, be updated. Rather than the uncertainty and frustration of the product not doing what it is designed to do. I have had my Blaze for 2 years, but my Huawei HONOR 10 is not compatible. Knowing one way or the other would allow my choice to stay with the blaze, and fitbit, clearer - and not be eroded by frustration and lack of confidence or trust in the brand.

@Johnreid Unfortunately we do not have any road map or ETA that we could share at the moment. I'll try to get some updates on the situation and if I get anything I'll be sure to post about it.
Feel free to let me know if there is anything I can help with.

Hi all,
had Honor 8 previously, and it was working perfectly fine with Ionic!
Upgraded to Honor 10 few days ago... i presume you know what happened. Totally unexpected i must say.
Honor is Huawei, and Huawei is one of mobile phone leaders at the moment, seriously not cool that FitBit is not compatible with it.
Of course sooner or later it will be resolved, but the issue itself is shocking to me. FitBit is in premium price category and is rated among best smartwatches out there. But ignoring such major compatibility issues is a huge mistake in my opinion, a lot of people like me are forced to look at other smartwatch options. And it is a shame because i was really happy with FitBit all up to this moment.

Welcome to the Forums @SlavaLazdans.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the matter. Please do know that we're always looking for ways to improve.
Be sure to try the steps that I have shared above in this same thread and create a thread about the Honor 10 compatibility in our Feature Suggestions board. Be sure to also read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
Let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.

I am sorry but like the other guy mentioned, I understand that you are just a moderator BUT nobody at Fitbit gives a stuff, it seems they are very happy to sell their expensive Fitbits but when people ask for help, they just get the fob of answer from Fitbit ALL the time. it sees to me Fitbit couldnt give a stuff, you have purchased their item so thats it, they seem to be more interested in profit than customer support and help. AND its just the same old stock answer at the end of a message "Let me know if you have any further questions" You cannot answer the question that people have asked you in the first place, It seems to me that Fitbit have a kickback from Samsung for every Samsung that is sold because sod all else will work with the Fitbit. and am I pissed off with Fitbit, Yes I am, I have tried 4 different fitbits now and each with the phone that Fitbit says is compatible in the Huawei list. I have even changed the phone. so for me, I have thrown the fitbit in a drawer and bought an alternative smart watch, and that has loaded up no problem. as for Fitbit. I would never recommend it to anybody and WHY, because the back up service is just not their, they couldnt care less......
