Hours of sleep per month is not correct

Hi,

I am looking at the "Hours Slept" chart and not sure how to interpret the numbers. The "1 week" and "1 month" views display realistic numbers per day, but the "3 month" and "1 year" display 549 sleep hours per week and 4020 hours per month, which seems to be incorrect.

The issue seems to be intermittent and the numbers seem to change within a day.

Did anyone else notice this?

Hi @Alex.User, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted.
