Hi there,
My Charge 4 won't work after the update like so many others. I followed the directions posted by admins about downloading the new 3.37.1 version but it's not available when I go to the google play store. I followed the directions they posted from my PC as well where it said "Download the newest version here" and downloaded from THAT link to my phone, but when I look at it after downloading it's still the 3.37. Fitbit still won't sync. Any idea if it's going to be released by region? I'm in Mexico.

Hi @LindyStarHi I'm on the east coast USA and got my updated app this morning. Could be Google Play Store will be rolling it out. It depends on which phone you have too, as you can only get the latest app that is for your particular phone's system.

Once in the Google Play Store with your phone do a search in the search option specifically for Fitbit 3.37.1 install
After that I put my device on the charger via usb port on my desktop pc.
My Versa2 and Samsung phone were able to successfully sync again.
Be sure to not install the corrupt version 3.37 again
