HI there @caseaoh, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering which tracker are you using? Depending of the tracker you have it may vary the battery life, specially if you are using any special feature that will consume more battery; in example using the GPS feature.

My recommendation in this case is to review our following help article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?. Here you will find all the information you need to improve the battery of your tracker.

See you later and hope this helps. My best wishes on your marathon!

Hello @caseaoh, thank you for the additional details. Have you tried the recommendations to improve the battery life of your Ionic? Indeed, since this time the GPS feature is built in to the tracker, it may drain the battery faster while is reading your exercise.

Battery life and charge cycles vary with use and other factors. When fully charged Ionic can track an average up to 10 hours of activities that use GPS. So make sure after you use a GPS activity, to fully charge your tracker so it can stand another round of exercise.

See you later and have a good one!
