THIS DOES NOT WORK ON MY SENSE 1..

My SETTINGS only shows:

Display

Vibration & audio

Goal reminders

Quiet modes

Shortcuts

About Sense

Shut down

I've moved your post to this thread in the Android board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details and let me clarify the steps described in the other thread were related to the Fitbit app and not the Sense itself. If you're having issues with the time not being correct, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated and follow the steps described in this help article.
