Hello.

My phone and watch are currently synced and paired and I have tried following the instructions on the websites below but I am still not finding any way to control my phones music. It is showing up as 'Not Connected' when I go to try and control my music. Neither Spotify nor Play Music or any other apps I have tried prove successful. I am able to receive notifications from my phone on my watch.

I have looked at;
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1976#troubleshooting  and
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1550

Any help would be very appreciated, thanks.

@Christian125 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you can't control music with your Blaze and thank you for trying the suggested troubleshoots. Try clearing the connection between your phone and your Blaze by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Let me know how it goes!
