I have notifications going back to 2018 - how do I get rid of them please?  They were from my old Charge 2 and I now have a Charge 4.

Hi @Clematis1. It's good to see you around. @Odyssey13 Thanks for stopping by to help our friend.

@Clematis1 Thanks for the details and your efforts. As our friend mentioned above, the notifications will remain on the app regardless of the Fitbit device you've paired. I understand where you're coming from about having to delete each of your notifications and while there isn't an option to delete all of them at once, I found this request posted in the Feature Suggestions board. Please add your vote to support this idea as the more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.

I hope you start enjoying the experience with your Charge 4 and you can always check the User Manual to learn more about its features.

Hi @Clematis1  the notifications go to your account, not the actual device, so they follow you no matter what you're wearing. This seems to be a glitch. You using iOS? I'm on Android and the problem seemed to have gone away with the new app releases.

I'm on an old Samsung mobile - I've now discovered that I can delete the notifications by holding and pressing delete on each one separately.  It will take me ages as Charge 2. notifications go back to 2017 (and there are sometimes three or more each day), when I bought it perhaps even before that... I've unpaired the old charge 2 and let the battery run out so no point trying to go in that way if there is even a solution that way. Ah well something to do when I'm bored doing nothing else.

@Clematis1  if you're using an older version of Android, do not uninstall that app. App versions are being deleted, so the older Android systems below 8 can't download another one.
