Hi, @MrsPope2024 , your User ID will be your email address.  If you are logged into the Community Forums (reading this message!) you can find the Fitbit email address associated with your account (in case you have forgotten it) by clicking on the word “dashboard” top right hand side of every page in these forums.  Next click on the gear icon (also top right) and choose “settings”.  You will find your registered e address there.

@MrsPope2024   I'm reading your question different from @Julia_G .  Please tap on the You icon on the bottom right of your app, then your name.  There is a User ID in your personal information.  Mine is three numbers and three letters.
