My fitbit ran out of charge and when restarted had the wrong date and time. Now I can't connect to the fitbit app to change the time and date. When I log into google and request a new password the link says it is sent but does not show up in my gmail account. Any suggestions? Thanks
Best AnswerYou need to log in with the email that you originally used to set up the account. I assume you weren't prompted yet to move your Fitbit account to your Gmail account?
