How do I stop receiving notifications from a community thread? Also, how do I delete my current notifications?

Hi, @WrenMarie! If you click on the gear at the top of a post, you can select "unsubscribe" and you will no longer get notifications. I'm not sure what you mean about current notifications, though.

Hi @MakMak,

Thank you for your reply. When I select the gear at the top of the post, the only option I see is, "Report this post." As for thread notifications, I'm referring to the notifications that tell me when someone else has posted on the thread.

What you should see when you click the gear is this, with the arrow pointing to the unsubscribe link:

As far as deleting the notifications, aren't they just emails? You can just delete them.

@MakMak I know this is an old thread but I was looking for the same solution. You gave an answer about the Help Forums notifications, not the Community forums. We're wondering how to turn off notifications on Community threads ("userxyz has replied to Fitbit's post") through the app.

Why on God's green earth did this post as a Spoiler. I hate Fitbit more and more every day.

Right above the text entry box is a row of icons.  There is a triangle with an exclamation point inside that says "Insert a spoiler tag" when hover mouse over it.  You must have accidentally tapped that icon when posting.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
