Hi ! 

 

I try to remove somes Apps in my account but they don't show.

 

Existing Apps not showing 

 

I'm using a versa 3.

It doesn't show on my account from my laptop or my cell phone.

 

Does someone can help please ?

To better assist you, would you mind giving me the name of the apps you're trying to remove? 

In the meantime, I'd recommend taking a look at the following help articles:
