How do you correct the time

I've tried using app, restarting, using dashboard  syncing, nothing works to update daylight savings time to back an hour. Help. Grrr

At each sync, it sets time to same as your phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
