How do you get your steps to sync and show up as exercise in my fitness pal app?

@Passion, MFP pulls the information from the Fitbit app, so you must use it to connect to the Fitbit app and collect the data.  For instructions on how to do that, go to their site.

@Passion Thanks for joining the Fitbit family! As @USAF-Larry said, you need to connect both apps for the data t be transferred. To do this, follow these instructions:

 

  • Create an account on MFP website.
  • Log into MFP and click Apps.
  • In the App Gallery select Fitbit and then Connect. 
  • Click Allow and follow the instructions provided.

That way you will have both apps linked and ready to transfer data.
