How many calories to get "Back in the Zone" in App?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I like that you can see on the Web Interface exactly how many calories you need to eat/burn to be "in the zone". But I can't find this anywhere in the android app.

Can anyone tell me where that is?

Thanks!

Hello @Phrayzer, it's nice to have you on board, welcome to the Fitbit Community. Perhaps you are looking the Food plan feature? This feature allow you to know how much calories you have burned vs your calorie intake budget.

To find this on your mobile app scroll down on the main Dashboard until you find the tile of Calories In vs Out.

You can find this information too on your online-Dashboard.

Depending of the Food plan you have, this will determine how much calories you need to eat or burn to stay in the zone. I got the perfect post for you so please feel free take a look at this link for more details. As an additional note, to learn more about the Food plan you can also visit this post.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions!

Thanks for the replay @RobertoME ! It's not quite what I am looking for however.

On the web, one the Calories in Vs Out tab, it shows the Goal Zone in the center of the gage. If you have eaten too much, it says "Burn X Calories More" to get back in the goal zone.

Where in the app does it do this? Is give the number of calories to get back in the zone?

Hello @Phrayzer, I see what you mean and thank you for the screenshot. In the app there is no option to see this information beside the Calories In vs Out tile.

I would recommend to post this idea in our Suggestions Board. I been looking around and this idea has not been suggested. Although if you find that a similar suggestion has already been made by another member of the community, you can vote for their idea and add your comments. Our product team looks forward to reading and incorporating your suggestions into future versions of Fitbit trackers and apps.

See you around and stay tune to the Fitbit Community.
