Hi,
The charge 3 screen was replaced due to line on screen, now the replacement has 2 lines of dead pixels. Will I be able to get a 2nd replacement under warranty?

Not certain, but my understanding is the warranty is good for one year (or two in EU) from the date of the original purchase. So if the amount of time from the first purchase is less than the warranty period, you should be fine.
If you go to the Help link at the bottom of this page, you can contact Fitbit and ask directly and get the replacement process going.
