How do I change my food intake to sedentary from personalised. I have an android phone and use the fitbit ionic.
I work in an office so it's not possible for me to be that active during the day. So it is my understanding that I'm better off using the sedentary option on my food plan?
Help please 🙂

It's great to have you here @Emzsulli! Personalized is for people that exercise everyday, so it's a bit of motivation. So, you can exercise more and have more calories burned. Instead, sedentary, it's for people that don't regularly exercise, it can start the day with a low calorie burn but it's normal.
You can change your food plan intensity in the app but sedentary and personalized, you need to do it from the online Dashboard. It's super quick and easy, just click on log > food plan > under food plan, you'll see a gear icon > hover the mouse over it and you can choose personalized or sedentary.
In case, you want to change your food plan intensity in your app, follow this procedure:
- Go to your Dashboard > account
- Click on "nutrition & body" > Food Plan
- Choose your food plan
