Hello,
I looked in the set up guide and in the forum to find ways to change the clock face. In the app, when I go to my options, I am shown faces that go with a smart watch not the Inspire. Where do I find options for my device?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To change the clock face of your Inspire HR, you just need to go to your Fitbit account, > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on the Inspire HR icon > Clock faces > All. This way you'll be able to find all the clock faces available for your Fitbit.

I'm having the same problem but your answer did not work for me. I do not have a profile picture but clicked on the blank picture but did not show clock options.

I have tried these step several times. Once I choose the clock face it just spins. Any suggestions?
