Tap your account in top left corner of app.
Tap on Sense (or your device).
Tap "clock faces".
On next screen, in top right box under "All clocks" tap "···"
Tap settings at bottom left.
Tap "Hour format"
Tap "Select Item"
Tap your preference, then "Done".
You may need to sync, but that should fix it! Took me and entire day to figure this out.
