How to delete and old Fitbit tracker from my Dashboard

How do I delete my old Fitbit? When I added my new one I did not replace the old one. My app keeps trying to sync to the old one which is a couple hundred miles away and won't allow me to delete while it's trying to sync.

@Pennyg25, on the Fitbit app Account screen, select the device you wish to delete and then select the Trash Can at the top of the screen.

Hello @Pennyg25, nice to have new faces in our Fitbit Community! To remove your old tracker is very simple. However you need to wait until the app let you know the tracker was not found or it shows an exclamation mark letting you know it was not possible to sync with your old tracker. If you try to remove your tracker while your phone is in process to sync, it won't let you. An easy shortcut here would be to turn off the Bluetooth of your phone.

Now that your app is not trying to sync, go to your Account tab.
User-added imageSelect your tracker tile and you'll access to its settings.

In the Android app you'll see a trash can icon in the right upper corner as it mentioned @USAF-Larry

Tap here and your tracker will be removed from your account.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions.
