My app shows notifications from 33yrs

ago How do I cancel them

@Scarent16 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

If you'd like to delete your in-app notifications, please do the following: 

- Go to your Fitbit app 
- Tap on the inbox icon 
- Select the notification you'd like to delete 
- Press and hold and tap on Delete 

If you'd like to stop receiving notifications to your Fitbit tracker/watch, follow the instructions on this article.
