So the wife and I were comparing our cardio fitness scores today. We are close in age, but different genders.
My score is 46 and considered very good.
Her score is 41 and considered excellent.
So which of us is more fit according to our scores? Is her excellent 41 better than my very good 46?
Basically trying to figure out if numbers can be objectively compared or if you just need to use how "excellent" fitbit says you are.

Hello @Curiousjogger
I don't think you can objectively compare cardio fitness score numbers. As in the article that @Gr4ndp4 provided, the cardio fitness algorithm takes into account several different factors, more than just age.
The better comparison is the Very good vs Excellent rating. For example, my cardio fitness range is 31-35 and is categorized as Excellent compared to other women in my age group.
