Switch between old mobile and new one, how to get notifications, like calls and messages on new mobile. I have disable this function on old mobile and enables it on new mobile. Is anyone know how it can be fixed?

I appreciate the details in your post. Please check that your Fitbit device is unpaired from your old phone by going to Settings > Bluetooth and unpair or remove your device from the list. Then follow the instructions from this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to enable the notifications on your new phone.
