I have a new phone, just can't get the Blaze to pair with it as it is still paired with the old phone - which was factory reset before I could unpair it. Any ideas?

Hi there @drmomsheart, nice to see you around in this opportunity! If your tracker is already paired to your account, there is no need to repeat the set up process. Just log in using your same Fitbit account and you will be ready to start recording your daily activity.
There is a small chance that tour old phone can interfere at the moment to sync, although you mentioned that the phone is gone. For more details refer to this article: Is the Fitbit app interfering with other Bluetooth devices?
