I just switch from Apple Watch to Charge 6. I’ve tried to search in forum however haven’t found the answer yet.

Can anyone assist on how to understand the HR graphic? In the attachment below on overall HR the max is 126, where during my recent exercise it reached 151.

i understand the graphs showed different average timing. Nevertheless, would be helpful if anyone can answer, thank you!

One possible explanation: in the exercise session of about 45 minutes, it can show a lot more detail than it can trying to squeeze 24 hours of data into about the same pixel width display, perhaps requiring some data compression.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Aulvin   Your daily heart rate graph is averaged over five minutes.  I looked at some of my exercise details graphs and they look like they are every 30 seconds.  You can lightly press and hold on the details to see the heart rate at specific points along the way.

Thanks Laurie. It means during exercise even if the peak is higher, but since it only for couple of seconds, it will not reflected in the 5 minutes average.
